Entering TA for an individual recipient

How do you enter Technical Assistance in TTAM for an individual recipient? Is there a screen shot or documentation with directions on how to do this?

TA episodes that can be tracked to the individual recipient include Phone, Email, Off-Site and On-Site. Planning episodes can be tracked only to the facility level.

Phone and Email episodes have the Recipient field built into them. The list of recipients is pulled from the facility's list of employees. If you are not seeing the recipient listed, add the employment to the person's record to tie them to the facility.

Off-Site and On-Site TA episodes can include multiple sessions and multiple individuals. Once you add the initial information, use the Add New TA Meeting/Session button to add a session record. After adding the meeting/session, you'll have another button to add the recipient. You can use this button to add as many recipients as necessary. In this way, if you conduct On-Site TA for a facility and you are there for several hours visiting several classrooms and teachers, your prep, travel and follow-up time is not duplicated and you can track the individual classrooms and individuals visited.
