Dear NDS Users: We have had several agencies contact us regarding slowness in using NACCRRAware. We are working to identify the cause of the issue and address it as quickly as possible. We will post updated information to this thread as it becomes available.

Dear NDS Users, We have narrow down the issue to a potential hardware performance. Upgrading the performance may make the applications unavailable for about two minutes. There is no data loss associated with this task. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the NDS Help Desk at ndshelpdesk@usa.chilcareware.org
