Downloads and email issues

Hi- We are trying to finalize OPS in order to roll it out in April but while testing today using dummy programs, we ran into several issues. 1) The display pages are very spread out and providers would miss displayed data if looking at the pages. Compatability view did not fix this. 2) When attempting to email the CCR&R program manager an error message occurs and indicates that individuals should report this to me as the agency contact (set up in NACCRRAware). This will cause a flood of email. 3) When attempting to download documents that were uploaded for providers to access an error occurs and no download is available. It seems that most of this had worked in the past, so not sure what is happening.

Hello Sue:

We were not able to replicate the downloading of documents, however, we were with the email. I have reported this to the developers. Thank you for notifying us.

In regards to your layout, if you would email me a user name and password to the Help Desk, I would be happy to review your profile and offer any assistance.
