Can I pull a record from community to tie it to a TA project? I was providing TA to another CCR&R but I couldn't enter it because I couldn't tie it to a facility.

ANSWER

The Technical Assistance Management module in TTAM is designed to track TA "projects" - child care providers and programs in the NACCRRAware database. You bring up an interesting side of TA tracking, though and at this time we can suggest tracking that in the NACCRRAware Community database, probably best handled with the Action Log. What you need to decide is whether to track the TA to the individual or the agency; your decision will dictate whether you need to add the individual to the Community database. Perhaps this feature will be available some time in the future TTAM.
