NDS Outage-October 26, 2013


Dear NDS Users,

Today, Saturday, October 26, around 3:50pm Eastern Time, we experienced an outage on one of the NDS servers until about 6pm. The outage was unexpected. We have resolved the issue and as of 6:09pm Eastern Time all NDS services are back online.

This outage affected all NDS services including:

NACCRRAware (NW) Online Referral Module (aka IMM) (ORM) Online Provider Services Module (OPS) Child Care Online (CCO) Training and Technical Assistance Module (TTAM) Training Registry (TR)
