August 6, 2013-NDS Applications Intermittent Slowness-Addressed


Dear NDS Users, We have addressed the issues with slowness and intermittent access to our NACCRRA Data Services from Monday, August 5, 2013. The issue was identified through a process of elimination to locate specific equipment performing intermittently. Over time, we were able to isolate the issue, replace the hardware and bring systems back online.

We do anticipate some additional maintenance over the coming weeks related to these issues. Please visit the portal often for updates and answers to your questions.
