NDS Outage - June 8, 2013

Dear NDS Users,

Today, Saturday, June 8, around 9 a.m. Eastern Time, the NDS servers went down. The outage was unexpected. We are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issues and bring the servers back up as soon as possible and reduce further down time for our customers.

We will be monitoring the situation and will post updates every 1-2 hours as we have more information.

This outage affects all NDS services including:

NACCRRAware (NW) Online Referral Module (aka IMM) (ORM) Online Provider Services Module (OPS) Child Care Online (CCO) Training and Technical Assistance Module (TTAM) Training Registry (TR)

All NDS Services are back up and running, including: Online Referral Services, Online Provider Services, Child Care Online, TTAM, and NACCRRAware.
