NACCRAware appears to be slow


While using NDS applications, my system is running unusually slow? What should I do?

Please run a tracert from “tracert www.naccrraware.net” and send the results to the Help Desk.

These are the steps to follow:

*Click on the Start menu

*From the “run” or “search program and files” box

*Type “cmd” and hit "Enter"

*Type “tracert www.naccrraware.net” and hit "Enter"

*Hit your Print Screen button

*Open an email. In the body of the email right click and Select Paste.

*Send screen shot to NDS Help Desk at ndshelpdesk@naccrra.org.
