NDS Outage - Friday, July 13th, 2012 at 4:50pm ET

Dear NDS Users,

Today around 4:50pm ET, our Internet connection when down unexpectedly. We have isolated the problem to an Internet router with our Internet Service Provider (ISP).

We have opened a trouble ticket for this purpose and we are actively working with our ISP to resolve the problem. We will post updates as progress is made to restoring services.

This outage affects all NDS services including:

NACCRRAware (NW) Online Referral Module (aka IMM) (ORM) Online Provider Services Module (OPS) Child Care Online (CCO) Training and Technical Assistance Module (TTAM) Training Registry (TR)

QUICK UPDATE

We received word from our ISP. It appears they performed a change on our Internet service this afternoon without scheduling it with us. We have asked them to restore our Internet services back to the original configuration to bring services back up. More to follow...

SYSTEMS RESTORED

Ok, problem was solved. The ISP restored the Internet configuration for our system to come backup.

NDS Systems should be back up and running at 8:59pm ET.

Total outage time was: 4 hours and 10 mins.
