ORM and Ipad

It has come to our attention that families using an Ipad are having an issue with the ORM. We have contacted help desk and were told that there is a compatibility issue. However, what we have found is parents can conduct a search that its a scrolling issue.

We tried doing a search using an Ipad and found it does work, but I can see how parents may be confused. The map is at the top and takes up the entire iPad screen so when you scroll down with your finger, instead of it moving the whole screen down, it just moved the location on the map. We know that the list of providers is under the map so we purposely moved from scrolling over the map to the area above the map in order to move the whole screen, but I can see how parents wouldn’t know to do that. But yes, iPad does technically work.

We have posted this notice on our website: MAC users please be aware when using an Ipad you may encounter an issue when scrolling over the map. The actual list of providers is under the map, so you will need to move above the map in order to move the whole screen to view your results.
