11/3/14 Network Issues Cause Interruption in NDS Services


On Monday, November 3, 2014 Child Care Aware of America experienced network issues related to Internet traffic that caused connectivity problems for our NDS services as well websites, email and telephone communication lines. Things have been resolved and the network is again stable.

All emails sent to the NDS Help Desk by NDS users reporting issues have been replied to. We apologize if you tried to call and welcome your call if need be.
