October 4, 2014 - Power Outage

Dear NDS Users,

Today, Saturday, October 4, our office building experienced an unexpected power outage that started in the early morning hours and lasted until mid morning. As of 4:00pm Eastern Time, all NDS services are back online.

This outage affected all NDS services including:

NACCRRAware (NW); Online Referral Module (aka IMM) (ORM); Online Provider Services Module (OPS); Child Care Online (CCO); QI (Quality Indicators);Training and Technical Assistance Module (TTAM); Training Registry (TR) and User Management

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you or your clients. We keep up to date information on our services on the NDS Portal at http://nds.naccrra.org/. Please visit us on the portal for questions, comments or to just keep abreast of our activities.
