9/15: Slowness in NACCRRAware

Dear NDS Users:

We have had several agencies contact us regarding slowness in using NACCRRAware. We have determined that the problem is with our internet service provider. We have opened a ticket with them and they are working to resolve the issue. We will continue to post updated information to this thread as it becomes available.

Dear NDS Users:

Our internet service provider checked all lines and found that all their incoming lines were clear within our network. This means that our network is clean and that the issues may have been outside of our network, which is beyond our control. We received several reports this morning that the NDS applications seem to be running normally. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the NDS Help Desk.
