Dear NDS Users: We have had several agencies contact us regarding slowness in using NACCRRAware. We are working to identify the cause of the issue and address it as quickly as possible. We will post updated information to this thread as it becomes available.

Dear NDS Users: We have determined that the problem is with our internet service provider. We have opened a ticket with them and they are working to resolve the issue. We will continue to post updated information to this thread as it becomes available.
