Final IMM Phase Out June 30, 2014

Any remaining active IMM profiles will be expired at midnight EDT, June 30, 2014!

A reminder to all agencies that still have a link to an IMM profile on their website. As the IMM phase out plan nears an end, on July 1, 2014, all IMM links will no longer be active and parents will receive a message to that effect. No existing NACCRRAware client data will be affected but no new IMM client records will be created. If you haven't already, you will need to create an ORM profile and replace the IMM link on your website with the ORM profile URL.

The ORM Migrate Clients utility will no longer work after this time as it requires the IMM profile to be active. Agencies wishing to migrate their IMM clients to ORM can submit an Advanced Support Request Form, found here http://usa.childcareaware.org/programs-services/naccrra-data-services/forms and the NDS team will do the migration. This work will require 2 hours of time.
