How do I change the user messages in the TTAM Trainee/Practitioner Portal?


The TTAM Agency Administrator can update the user messages within the TTAM Trainee/Practitioner by adding or editing the Agency Profile entitled ‘Profile for Handling Forget Password Requests’. Agency Profiles can be configured by going to ‘Administration’ -> ‘Customize Data Elements’ -> ‘Agency Profiles’.

If the ‘Profile for Handling Forget Password Requests’ has not been configured yet, select ‘Add Agency Profile’ to add to the Profile list under ‘Agency Profiles’. Edit the text for any error message option included in the Profile. Select ‘Update’ to save changes to the Profile.

If the ‘Profile for Handling Forget Password Requests’ has already been added to the ‘Agency Profiles’ select ‘Edit’ to make changes to the existing messages included in the Profile. Select ‘Update’ to save changes to the Profile.

Once the Profile has been saved, the error messages will be updated in the TTAM Trainee/Practitioner Portal.
