How do I resolve Internet Explorer compatibility issues in NDS?


We have been hearing from agency users that they and their providers are encountering issues with the main menu when using one of the newer versions of Internet Explorer, IE 10 and 11. For providers, this refers to the OPS public portal; however, clients using IMM/ORM and trainers and trainees using the TTAM portals will not see this issue. While we work to resolve the issues, you can use the Compatibility View option as a workaround.

To turn on the Compatibility View, you need to first determine the IE version you are using. On the right of your screen, you should see a small icon that looks like a gear/wheel. Click on the icon and select About Internet Explorer. This opens a small window that shows the version number.

IE 10

After logging in to NACCRRAware, click the Compatibility View button. It is the icon next to your web address that looks like a torn piece of paper. When the icon is colored, it means your system is operating in Compatibility View.


IE 11

After logging in to NACCRRAware, click on the gear/wheel icon. Click on Compatibility View to open a new screen. Enter the naccrraware.net address into the list of webpages to be viewed in Compatibility View. Depending on your system settings, you may need to add the naccrraware.net address each time you open the application.
