Quality Indicators (QI) is a means for agencies to offer parents ways of determining levels of quality in the child care programs they encounter while searching for child care. The module is integrated in NACCRRAware (NW), Online Provider Services (OPS), Online Referral Module (ORM) and Child Care Online (CCO). Your agency can access the Quality Indicators Module by submitting an NDS Application Request Form (click on the link to download the form). This first version of the QI Module includes the following functionalities:

  • Capturing quality indicators for different quality profiles.  Quality profiles can be set for Family Child Care provider, Child Care Center and After School Programs. 
  • Displaying quality indicators captured for various quality profiles.
  • Search by Quality Indicators in NACCRRAware agency Quick Search.
  • Providers to provide feedback on their quality indicators through Online Provider Services (OPS)
  • Search by Quality Indicators in ORM
