OPS Provider Profile Management - Provider Update Log

Online-Provider-Services

 

Update Log History

All actions performed in a Provider record are recorded in this log to maintain a historical reference and audit trail. The Provider Portal also provides an Activity Log for the provider.

 

Every individual change will be recorded in this log. The table displays the following information: 

Id ID number is automatically created by OPS.
Profile Name The name of the Profile in which the change was made.
Profile Status The status of the Profile (active or inactive)
Section Name The section containing the field that was changed.
Field Name The name of the field that was changed.
Field Old Value The original field value in NACCRRAware
Field New Value The change submitted by the provider
Field Status

- ReadyForReview - Provider changed and submitted the data for agency approval. Action by the CCR& R is now required.

- Approved - The changes have been Approved by the Agency and changed data is saved in NACCRRAware. No action required.

- ChangeRequired - The CCR&R reviewed submitted data and requested changes to the Provider. No action required from the CCR&R for this status.

Reviewed By Name of staff person who processed submitted changes.
Last Modified On Date and time the record was last modified.
