View Provider OPS Records

Communicate and interact with Providers:

  1. Select a provider from the search results in Provider Profile Mgmt.See "Provider Profile Management"
  2. Click on View in the Actions column to access a Provider record to view summary information, access documents uploaded by the Provider, respond to Provider questions, and view the Provider's OPS activity log. Navigate through the screens using the buttons on the left:

    Button Description
    Summary Displays basic information about the Provider (First Name, Last Name, Business Name, Email Id, Address information, Access info, and Profile info). This is the default view when you access a Provider's OPS record.
    Attachments/Documents Download documents the Provider has submitted via the OPS Provider Portal.
    Question/Answers Read and reply to questions submitted by the Provider via the Q&A tool on the OPS Provider Portal.
    Provider Data Update
    Log History
    A log of all OPS activity in the Provider's record.


Summary screen

After conducting the Provider search, click on the View link for the Provider record you want to access. The Provider - Summary screen opens.

  • This screen displays the General Information (Name, Business Name, and Email Id), Address information, Access information (User Name and Reset Password button), and Profiles. The General Information and Address information comes from the Provider's NACCRRAware record.
  • Click on Remove in the Profile table to remove a Provider's access to a Profile.
  • Click on the Reset Password button to change a Provider's password. (Providers can change their own passwords in the Provider OPS Portal as well.) An email will be sent to the provider notifying him/her of the password change and providing a new temporary password.
