Provider Profile Management

In this section you administer Provider access to the Provider OPS Portal. You can modify the setup of Providers who have access and set up access for Providers who need access. Finally, this section is where you will go to review provider uploads, manage communication with providers via the Q&A tool, and view the provider's history.

 

  1. Select Provider Profile Mgmt from the Administration dropdown menu. The Provider Search screen opens.
    • This search accesses only providers who are already set up with access to an OPS profile.
    • If no search criteria are entered, all Providers who have been given access to an OPS profile will display in the results. (NOTE: If providers do not yet have access, you will add them by clicking on the Create New Provider Access link in the upper right corner of the search results.)
  2. Search for providers by any of these fields: Provider Id, OPS User Name, First Name, Last Name, Business Name, City, County, State, Zip, Profile, Transaction status.
    • Profile: Use this feature to search for all providers linked to a specific profile. This dropdown list will display Profiles that have been configured in the Profiles section.
    • Transaction Status: Use this field to search for Providers with a specific status. For instance, if you want to find providers who have submitted information that needs approval, select ReadyForReview.
  3. Click on the Search button.
    • The search results list displays Provider Id, Business Name, First Name, Last Name, User Name, Access Date, Status, and Profile for all providers who have been given access to an OPS profile.
    • Click on View in the Actions column to access a Provider record to view summary information, access uploaded documents, respond to questions, and view the provider's change history. See "View Provider OPS Records"

      NOTE: Click on Create New Provider Access in the top right corner to activate a Provider's access to the Provider OPS Portal.
