OPS Profile Configuration - Profile Header and Footer

Online-Provider-Services

Profile Header and Footer

Agencies can add an image (jpg, png, bmp), such as a CCR&R logo, to the header of each Provider Portal profile. CCR&Rs can also add HTML text to the footer of each Provider Portal profile. This could include agency contact information, links to additional resources, etc.

If you are creating a new Profile, click Create New Profile at the top right, or click the Edit icon () next to the existing Profile to which you want to add a header and/or footer.

Header

To add images to the Header click the Header button on the left menu. This will take you to the Profile Page Header screen.

To upload an Image:

  1. Click the Browse button. (to the right of the Image Upload field)
  2. This will open your file directory window. Select the image you want to upload.

    Image Guidelines
    • Maximum size: 1MB
    • Allowable types: jpg, png, bmp
    • Size: Width: 500 pixels, Height: 90 pixels
      • Important: images not fitting these proportions will be distorted. Edit images accordingly, adding blank space if needed, to keep logos, etc., proportioned correctly.
      • Text cannot be entered into the header. If you want to include text as well as graphics, it must be combined into an image in a separate graphics software program.
  3. Double click the file name or select the file and click Open to upload the image.
  4. Click the Submit button.
  5. You will see a confirmation window asking you if you are sure you want to upload the image. Click OK.
  6. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the form and the image will display in the Profile Header Preview at the top of the screen. The image will now display at the top of the screens using this Profile in the OPS Provider Portal.

To view your profile setup use the Profile Preview feature.(See "Profile Preview")

Footer

  1. To add a Footer to your Provider Portal profile click the Footer button on the left menu.
  2. Enter the text you want to appear in the footer of the profile. (Contact information, etc.)
    • Use HTML to format the appearance of your footer. This can be done by directly entering the html tags. Another option is to create the content in a program such as Dreamweaver or Expression Web, copy the html code from there, and paste it into the footer configuration field.
    • Links to HTML tutorials:

  3. Click Submit. You will see a confirmation window asking if you are sure you want to update your profile footer. Click OK.
  4. The screen will refresh and you will see a notice saying you successfully entered the profile footer content. This content will display at the bottom of screens using this Profile in the OPS Provider Portal
