OPS Profile Configuration - Profile Settings

Profiles - Profile Settings

 

To access the Profile Settings for a profile, click on the Profile Name or select the View icon for that Profile in the Profile List. This opens the Profile Settings screen.(See "Profiles")

 

  • Click on the Edit Settings button to edit the Profile Name, Status, or Expiration Date. Make changes as needed and click on Save Settings. (Note: You can also click on the Editicon in the Actions column of the Profile list to edit a Profile.)
  • Click on Back To Profile Listto return to your list of Profiles, if needed. You may also return to the list by clicking the Administration tab at the top and selecting Profiles from the dropdown menu.
  • Click on Profile Preview to view the configuration as it will appear in the Provider Portal.(See "Profile Preview")

 

Setting Up the Profile Screens

Use the buttons on the left navigation menu to configure pages with the NACCRRAware fields you want your Providers to review. You can configure up to five pages. (Note: Page 2 is set aside for Shift Configuration fields only and those fields are not available for use in any other pages.)

Settings

Profile Preview link: Allows you to view the profile the way a provider will see it.

Profile Name: The name given to the Profile during setup

Status: Active or Inactive

Expiration Date: Date the Profile will expire, if applicable.

Page 1 Configuration

Configure the fields you want Providers to update in this Profile. (See "Profiles - Page Configuration"for specific instructions.)

  • You have the option to set up 5 different pages with any number of fields on each screen.
  • Page 2 is set aside for shift-related fields. Those fields are only available for use on page 2.

Edit Settings This button displays when you are in View mode. Click on it to make changes. You can go directly to Edit mode by clicking on the Edit () icon in the Profile List.
Header Configure the page header with agency-specific graphics.
Footer Configure the page footer with agency-specific graphics.
