Create a New OPS Agency Attachment

Create a New Attachment

To add a document, click on Create New Attachment in the upper right corner of the Search Results screen.


  1. Select the document type from the Type dropdown list. The options are Document, Training Calendar, and Other.
  2. Set Status as Active or Inactive
  3. Select the Content Type from the dropdown list. This specifies the type of document being uploaded. (text/html, text/xml, text/plain, image/jpeg, image/png, application/pdf, application/msword, application/excel, application/powerpoint, web/link, Other)


  4. Name: Enter the name of the resource. (NOTE: Use a name that clearly identifies the resource.)
  5. Link: If the resource is online, enter the complete website address where it can be accessed. This will display as a link in the Provider Portal.
  6. Add a brief description about the resource.
  7. Upload Attachment: To upload a document, click on Browse, find the document on your computer, click on Open. The attachment name appears in the Upload Attachment text box.
  8. Click Add.
  9. The screen refreshes to display the General Information screen for the resource. To make changes, click on Update. To remove the resource, click on Remove. To add another resource, click on Add New and repeat the process.
