Talent Search for the NDS Help Desk Team

The NDS team is looking for a Help Desk Representative Staff to join Ruth Bowell at the Help Desk. This position is primarily responsible for communicating to Child Care Aware of America technical services staff on services provided, and local CCR&R agency needs and requests for child care software improvement, development, modification and additions.
